For those who don't know it, I am a HUGE fan of Doctor Who. And I'm happy to be sharing my passion for the good Doctor with the folks who come to Watha T. Daniel. Every monday at 4:00 we're screening an episode from Series 1 of the new Doctor Who starring Christopher Eccleston and Billie Piper.Today's episode is The Unquiet Dead. The Doctor and Rose travel back in time to 1869 in Cardiff. There they meet the famous writer Charles Dickens who is performing a live stage reading of A Christmas Carol, when they themselves are attacked by ghosts! But are they really ghosts? Are the dead really coming back to life? Or is it something else entirely?
Next week: The Aliens of London. It's part 1 of 2. Big green slimy aliens secretly take over the British Government and they want to destroy the earth! It's totally awesome!
